Victoria Mappala is a mixed media artist fueled by the awe and wonder of what colors can create. Victoria has been painting since she was old enough to pick up a brush. Recently, Victoria has expanded her craft into digital art and illustration. This new medium gives her the freedom and platform to explore and experiment with art in a new way, no longer limited by what can be created within a can- vas.Art has been an extension of the inner peace she experiences while creating. Her passion is to share and express that peace and life-giving hope through her artwork. Her mission is to show beauty in what may be seen as battered, treasure in the ordinary, and light in the darkness. This is her first children's book.
