THE POWER OF ENERGY MEDICINE Welcome, I am Lou Reed, Founder of Energy Medicine Institute. This sacred container has been created to support our beloveds to document their journey as they walk their path of ascension. The secret to manifesting through energy is to bring our four energy bodies, our physical, our emotional, our mental and our spiritual bodies into one Coherent frequency. What I call Mind. Body. Soul. Coherence (R). Science tells us that all of our life experiences or memories live in the subtle energy as a story around our physical body. In this sacred container, you are invited to document each step of your journey. To capture the words, thoughts and images that show up for you as you walk your path and then at the end of each module pause, and reflect on the narrative that is playing out in your life so you can uncover your current life story, discover your truth and discard that which no longer serves you. It's time to become the author of your own life story. It's time to unlearn so that you can relearn. I believe wholeheartedly that it is through sharing our stories, that we embody a new way of being and then model that, to those we love, our family, friends, colleagues and ourbcommunities.
