Ersoy Gümüş is a lecturer at the School of Foreign Languages, Department of Foreign Languages, at Istanbul University, Turkey. He earned his PhD in English Culture and Literature, following an MA and a BA in English Language and Literature. His primary research interests include post-colonial literature, imperialism and colonial legacies, diasporic identity and migration, and literary theory in the anglophone context.
