This Dystopian Handbook deals with a world that is struggling to maintain a scarce water supply. People who commit crimes are sent to farms to help keep things running smoothly for those that live in the Capital City. Our main character Cory is a young girl who was sent to the water farm as punishment for a crime committed. She tries to follow the rules but her strong sense of right and wrong causes her to get into trouble. Friends are made, enemies are gained, friendships are tested, boundaries are tried, and through it, all Cory must figure out what risks are worth taking and which ones should be avoided. What happens next? Does Cory find a way to fix things for those she cares about? Does she find a way to escape the water farm?
