Dominic Kelly is Lecturer in International Political Economy at in the Department of Politics and International Studies, University of Warwick, UK. He has written on comparative capitalisms, Japanese and East Asian political economy, and the diplomacy of government-business relations. Previous publications include Japan and the Reconstruction of East Asia (edited with Timothy M. Shaw). Wyn Grant is Professor of Politics at the University of Warwick, UK. He has written extensively on comparative public policy and political economy. Previous publications include Economic Policy in Britain and The Effectiveness of European Union Environmental Policy.
