Christopher C. Horner, author of the bestselling The Politically Incorrect Guide to Global Warming (and Environmentalism), is a Senior Fellow at the Competitive Enterprise Institute. An acknowledged expert on global-warming legislation and regulation, he is a frequent commentator on the Fox News Channel, Court TV, MSNBC, PBS, and many other cable networks. He is also a contributor to the Washington Times and National Review Online and has testified before Senate committees and given numerous addresses in the European Parliament.
