Author Information
John Zmirak is an editor, college teacher, screenwriter, and political columnist. He is author of the popular Bad Catholic's Guides, Wilhelm Ropke, and The Race to Save Our Century. His essays, poems, and other works have appeared in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, USA Today, the American Conservative, Modern Age, and Commonweal, among others. He edited a number of popular guides to higher education and served as press secretary to Louisiana governor Mike Foster. Patrick Lawlor, an award-winning narrator, is also an accomplished stage actor, director, and combat choreographer. He has worked extensively off Broadway and has been an actor and stuntman in both film and television. He has been an Audie Award finalist multiple times and has garnered several AudioFile Earphones Awards, a Publishers Weekly Listen-Up Award, and many starred audio reviews from Library Journal and Kirkus Reviews.
