She has worked in hospitals, collaborated with bariatric and gastrointestinal surgeons, and helped numerous clients through her private practice. Viktoria Waite, MS, DTR, grew up with the joy of gardening in her home country of Ukraine, where she received a Master of Science in Food Engineering before moving to the United States to study nutrition.
