Author Information

Amber has over 25 years of experience in early childhood development, children's ministry, and parent education. She holds a bachelor's degree in Human Development and an M.Ed in Early Childhood Education. Amber is part of the Early Childhood Education faculty at Mt. San Jacinto College, teaches workshops for parents, educators, and volunteers in schools, churches, and at conferences around the country. She is a contracted workshop teacher with Riverside Community College's Foster & Kinship Care Education program, and does freelance teaching, coaching and consulting as well. She also works as a program director for two nationally accredited preschools- ABC Child Care Centers in Temecula, CA. Amber and her husband live in Southern California and have three adult children (a son and twin daughters), a weirdo dog, and a bizillion books. Amber can be found at www.amberlappin.com.
