OverviewTo whoever is reading this little book, I'm so sorry for your loss. I hope our story helps you understand that our loved ones, like my big sister, are never really gone. One day, Lady Hershey softly whispered in my ear that she was not afraid to leave. She wanted for me and our favourite person, Olivia, to not be too sad. She knew that she was going to Paradise, along with all the other animals and pets who have been loved very much by their families here on earth. ""It's not goodbye,"" she said, ""because I know you both will hold a piece of me in your hearts forever."" I loved Lady Hershey. She was my Sunshine, and always will be! Lady Hershey's little brother, Mr. Linguini. We are all blessed to have wonderful pets as a part of our families. They give us overflowing joy, laughter, and treasured memories. They don't judge us. They just simply adore us. To them, we are perfect. They can't speak, but they show us their pure love through their soulful eyes and loving actions. It's very difficult for us to let go when our pets go to heaven, but thank goodness they all know that heaven is real, and they are not afraid to go there. They naturally accept that they will all be going safely and happily to join the pet parade in paradise. Remember that they're always with us, and they live in our hearts forever. It's never really goodbye, because we are always connected to them. I will always love you, Lady Hershey, every day of my life. Your mamma, Olivia.
