It became clear that The Paul Cave Prize for Literature was not acknowledging micro fiction, flash fiction and novelettes, all really important literary forms. So, in 2025 these categories have been added. And they've proved popular. As a result, this year, there are more prizes and the cash awards have increased in value, too. That is quite a landmark achievement for this self-funded prize. In this book you will find: 15 novelettes 33 short stories 56 poems 25 flash fiction 15 micro fiction There is so much joy to be had from reading great literature. Writing that holds my attention and provides surprises throughout. Writing that features believable characters and plots requiring little editing.
