Master photographer Manly Chin is regarded as the pioneer of camera painting, an art-form that resembles more the traditional paintings of a master artist than photographic work. Using flowers, birds, and fish as his inspiration, Chin creates picture-moods on celluloid as an artist would create them on silk or rice paper, to create works of art that have been applauded worldwide for the past thirty years. The Painterly Lens is a representative collection of 150 masterpieces of Chin's unique style.
