She began writing poetry as a young girl around 11 years old. Her father had purchased a guitar and she soon took an interest. She enjoyed learning to play and began writing songs. Maggie loves living in the county surrounded by rural farms and horses, which she has great admiration for. She thrives on the fresh air and nonconfining sceneries. She has fond memories of her childhood, due to her parents' love and affection towards one another, her twin and two older sisters, as well as aunts and uncles who always brought many fun stories and family tales to the kitchen table.
