Growing up in a lighthouse on a remote island, Orca Monroe has lived isolated from the world . . . until one day when she finds a cell phone washed up on the beach. Orca has her first conversation with Jack Stevenson, a young man whose older brother, Adam, has gone missing after crashing his seaplane off the coast. As a voice-over actor he has voiced commercial campaigns and narrations for brands including Public Storage, Walmart, Burger King, KFC, Rent-A-Center, and Best Buy, and he is currently the in-store advertising voice of Whole Foods in the US and Canada. In 2021 he was nominated for the 2021 ""Best Animation/Gaming Demo"" by the Society of Voice Arts and Sciences. Alex Picard brings a lifetime of work in the theater as an actor and director to her work in front of the mic. With a background in Shakespeare, she excels at connecting listeners to the author's world. A Boston native and lifetime East Coaster, she records audiobooks in her home studio, is a terrible cook, an accidental gardener, enjoys all things Marvel, Star Wars, and Star Trek, and once ran a marathon on purpose."
