Overview

The Department of SuperHuman Activities monitors and polices superhumans within the United States. Their emergency response team, the Operators, is staffed by volunteers from all over the country who work to deal with threats too broad, too dangerous, or too big for conventional forces. Each one a phone call away, the Operators use their extraordinary skills and abilities to help and protect the regular people of the US. Directionless and without a leader after a series of high-ranking resignations, the Operators have been requested to help with a problem in El Salvador. This investigation quickly bursts open, leading to the return of several long-lost team members and an earth-shattering revelation. Can the Operators deal with a threat from beyond the stars, one that already has a foothold on Earth, when they're not sure if they can trust even their own ranks? They'd better. It's their job.
