Florence Parry Heide is a bestselling, highly acclaimed writer, with over 50 books under her belt. Her Treehorn books, illustrated by Edward Gorey, have become true classics. She recently worked with Jules Fieffer on ""Some Things Are Scary. ""She is a mother of five and lives in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Jill McElmurry is the author and illustrator of ""I'm Not a Baby!,"" ""Mad About Plaid,"" and ""Mess Pets.""
