OverviewThe main objective of this study is to analyze the coping skills of a group of nursing professionals when faced with the bioethical dilemmas that arise in the care of terminally ill neonates. The sample is made up of 10 nursing professionals, belonging to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) of the Maternal and Child Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) of the Provincial Maternity Hospital Dr. Teresita Baigorria (MPTB) in the province of San Luis. The methodological design of the study is qualitative and retrospective.
