Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationDwayne Ryan Menezes is Founder and Managing Director of Polar Research and Policy Initiative (PRPI) and Honorary Fellow at the UCL Institute of Risk and Disaster Reduction. He is also Founder and Director at the Human Security Centre and the Commonwealth Policy Development Centre; Chairman of the Advisory Board at Think-Film Impact Production; and Associate Fellow at the Institute of Commonwealth Studies, University of London. He read history at the LSE and the University of Cambridge, graduating from the latter with a PhD, and has been affiliated since with research centres at Cambridge, Oxford and London. Heather N. Nicol is Professor in the School of the Environment and Acting Director of the School for the Study of Canada at Trent University (Canada). She is a member of the Academic Leadership Team at the University of the Arctic (UArctic), the Lead of the UArctic Circumpolar Studies Program, and a member of the UArctic Thematic Network on Geopolitics and Security and the EU- and Canada-funded Borders in Globalization international research network.
