The Norfolk Path: A Memoir

Overview

This is a powerful and deeply personal journey of truth, resilience, and reclaiming identity in the face of trauma, family complexity, and silence. Through raw reflection and unflinching honesty, Amy shares her path of navigating abuse, breaking generational patterns, and finding her own voice. More than a memoir, this book is a testament to the strength it takes to rewrite your story - and the courage required to stand in it. For anyone who has ever felt unheard, controlled, or defined by their past, this book offers something rare: recognition, validation, and hope. Because your past may shape you - but it does not own you.
