Paige Teegarden (Oakland, MD) is the founder and president of Think Outside, a consulting firm specializing in nonprofit strategic planning, executive leadership transition, team building, and organizational assessment/evaluation processes (www.thinkoutside.net). With more than 15 years' experience helping organizations of all sizes improve their performance, she is the author of numerous articles and reports. A member of the American Management Association (10K+ members), Paige has a Masters in Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University and a BA in Political Science from Davidson College, NC. Denice Hinden (Silver Spring, MD) is the founder and president?of Managance Consulting and Coaching, which focused on transformational strategic planning and leadership transition planning with nonprofits, philanthropies, public agencies, and socially responsible companies (www.managance.com). With?25 years of experience in nonprofit leadership and management, organization development, research and training, she is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation (30K members) and a member of Coachville (10K members), Denice has an M.S. in Human Services from Nova Southeastern University and a Ph.D. in Public Administration from Florida International University. Paul Sturm (Baltimore, MD) teaches in the University of Baltimore's Community Studies & Civic Engagement Program as well as the Nonprofit Management Program at the College of Notre Dame of Maryland (400+ enrolled).
