He earned his Doctorate in Management from the Universidad de Almería, and also holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from St. Thomas University and a Master in Education from Universidad Camilo José Cela. He began his academic journey with a Law degree from Universidad Santa María. He was serving as a Professor and Coordinator at the Universidad Antonio de Nebrija, where he was deeply involved in fostering relationships with businesses.
