Overview

Here we embark on a journey that is not for the lazy, conceited, or wealthy. Rescuing Physics from its arithmetic prison is a great collective task that requires honesty, sacrifice, humility and commitment from everyone. First we have to go down to the hell of the fundamentals, going back to review the most basic, what we believed to be outdated and obvious, what seems to be known by everyone, to find out to our astonishment that none of us understand it. Only thus is it possible to observe how the treacherous arithmetization has intoxicated our minds. Afterwards we will be able to free ourselves from the invisible chains that prevent us from appreciating what the magnitudes and the operations with their quantities really are, starting the flight towards the true understanding of physical phenomena. Through dyadic forms, the absurd trap of arithmetic simplification to operate with magnitudes is dismantled, and the veil that hides a fascinating physical reality is lifted, bringing out dysmetry and its transcendental consequences, two of them very important: first, the properties of empty space, which is not presented as inert but as an active entity that produces physical effects by itself, characterized by dysmetric tensors; and second, the immortal law of dyadic variation, which proves the groundbreaking fact that dysmetry is natural. At this point we will feel great satisfaction for the effort well applied and it will seem incredible to us to have overlooked questions as elementary as the following: How do you multiply a kilogram by a meter? What is the multiplier, the kilogram or the meter? How is a second squared? How is the product kg×m divided by a second squared? What is the full meaning of compound units such as the newton, a unit of force, or the joule, a unit of energy? What are the inverses of magnitudes? Are there inverses of units? Does empty space have physical properties? Are standard units constant or can their quantity vary in space and time? Are there universal physical constants? And many more.
