Brian Barton is a British composer and music teacher having taught for 16 years in Russia, China and Mongolia both English and Music. He holds music diplomas from London College of Music at the University of West London (FLCM); Victoria College of Music, London (FVCM); and the National Collage of Music (FNCM); and a Post Graduate Certificate form St Petersburg State Conservatoire, St Petersburg, Russia.
