Great book for kids interested in the space program! My 6 year old son and I really enjoyed the beautiful pictures and great descriptions of the equipment the astronauts used. He wanted to read it again and again. Got this book for our 8 and 6 year old boys and they both really enjoyed it especially the pictures! This is a fun book for anyone who is interested in the space program. When I was a kid, I loved the space program, but it was hard to find good books to read at a child's level. I would have loved to have this book back in the day. But even as an adult, I learned some things I never knew about the lunar rover ... like where it fit in the lunar module ... and what the tires were made of ... and how they fixed it when it broke.
