Overview

Johnny grew up abused and confused to the point that he started cross-dressing as his twin sister Joanny and finally started stalking his victims until the right moment to take them, torcher, and finally kill them. Joanny even started to assist the local police in their investigation of a string of bizarre murders that involved sex toys and torture tools. Joanny finally takes over Johnny's mind and body as they hide in a cabin far off in the woods. Detectives are so baffled about how each person was killed, as they thought it had to be personal with the amount of violence each victim went through. As Joanny was assisting the detectives little by little convinced them that Johnny was the prime suspect. When Joanny entered the mansion, she heard sirens coming. She ran to the basement, where she curled up into a ball, crying out for Johnny to come back to save her.
