Reviews

Modern Italian Cooking is written by Joseph Trivelli, my great friend and brilliant chef. With this book Joseph takes us on a culinary journey to the Italy he grew up in - with recipes for the delicious food his family cooked for him as a child, and the inspired recipes he now cooks at home for his family and friends. With beautiful evocative photographs by Matt Russell, this cookbook is full of personal stories and Joseph's unique knowledge of Italian food and ingredients. This is a cookbook everyone should have in their kitchen. I will certainly have it in mine. - Ruth Rogers
