Reviews

'minding organisation' is one where all parties involved in a project - developing a product, streamlining a process, changing a strategy - get together from the start to explore the issues involved. This collaboration can unearth valuable information early on and enable a company to avoid potentially costly mistakes. High-level connectedness of this nature is the surest way to achieve competitive advantage, and this book offers real examples to explain how to use action-based creativity to achieve the flexibility to adapt and innovate before your competitors do.
