Now in its third edition, The Mindfulness and Acceptance Workbook for Anxiety offers trusted tools to help you take charge of your anxiety, fears, and your life. Grounded in evidence-based acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), this fully revised and updated edition offers compelling new information on self-compassion and values, as well as new exercises, activities, and practices to help you achieve genuine peace of mind. With this workbook, you'll learn how your mind can trap you, keeping you stuck and struggling in anxiety and fear. You'll also discover ways to nurture your capacity for acceptance, mindfulness, kindness, and compassion, and use these qualities to weaken the power of anxiety and fear so that you can get back to what truly matters to you.
