Author Information

Julie Bick is a magna cum laude graduate of Cornell University and a graduate of the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania. She worked at Microsoft for five years as a product manager and group manager on a variety of products for the office, home, and web. She is the author of the national bestseller All I Really Need to Know in Business I Learned at Microsoft, which has been published in languages around the world, from Chinese to Dutch to Portuguese. Susan O'Malley (a.k.a. Bernadette Dunne) is the winner of numerous AudioFile Earphones Awards and has twice been nominated for the prestigious Audie Award. She studied at the Royal National Theatre in London and the Studio Theater in Washington, DC, and has appeared at the Kennedy Center and off Broadway. She lives in Brooklyn, New York.
