David Belcastro is a professor and chair of religious studies at Capitol University who has presented papers at every International Thomas Merton Society general meeting, and spoke on Merton and yoga at the 2009 conference. He lives in Columbus, Ohio. Gray Matthews is an assistant professor of communications at the University of Memphis who presented on Merton and contemplative dialogue at the 2009 conference. He lives in Memphis, Tennessee.
