Overview

But it no doubt could apply to any recreational facility. The author is one of such (old) characters. This book depicts some of the behind-the-scenes rhetoric of what those noble beings say and think who come to work-out (exercise) in hopes to shed some flab, tighten-up sagging muscles and generally improve their constitutions.
