Mallika Banerjee Neogy, the author of 'The Melting Sky' is an Indian national residing at Chandannagar in West Bengal. Her work explores a variety of subjects, plunging deep into the human psyche, nature and society. She loves to relive memories .A post_graduate English teacher by profession, she keeps writing for magazines, specially poetry. She has published two other books of poetry __'TRISHITO NIROBOTA' in Bengali and 'OJANA AVENUE' which is a collection of English and Bengali poems.She loves experimenting with different forms and patterns in poetry. She likes to spend her spare time in music, reading and exploring nature.
