When she was young, doctors diagnosed her with heart problems, so her parents often took her to hospitals and doctors' offices for check-ups and examinations. Her childhood was quite lonely because she couldn't enjoy running and playing like all the other children because she quickly became tired and felt palpitations. During her teenage years, she was lucky enough to be in a school where the teachers liked to organize Tai-Chi sessions, which they considered to be a good sport for the mind and body, so Jenny noticed that there was more to fun than running and that there were different ways of loving sport and life. Therefore Jenny became aware of her limitations and realized that she, is not her limitations and that all she had to do was open her mind and be more imaginative and curious to try different things. Jenny is now married, has two girls, and works as an assistant in a dietician's office. She is very familiar with the problems of heart disease and depression, which can occur in the long term in people who feel frail and consequently increasingly weak, so for years, she has used her free time to give advice and moral support to the American Heart Association. Jenny keeps fit by doing yoga, stretching, and taking long walks on the beach while listening to music. Although she doesn't say so as not to worry her husband, she often suffers from a lack of appetite, so even when preparing food for herself and her family, she prefers light, healthy food that doesn't weigh her down. She knows very well that healthy eating can save our lives. Tab Content 6Author Website:Countries AvailableAll regions |
