Author Information

Marilyn Haugen is an author, recipe developer, business owner and former finance director at American Express. In 2012, her love of cooking, eating, and analytics collided to create her first cookbook which went on to become one of the 300 best selling books on Amazon within 6 months. She has since authored several bestselling cookbooks, including 150 Best Spiralizer Recipes, 5-Ingredient Instant Pot Cookbook, and 175 Best Instant Pot Recipes. She is the founder of Food Thymes, a food blog dedicated to sharing delicious, quick and healthy meals without all the hassles. Alexander Kim received his bachelor's degree in the field of biology with a concentration in nutritional science from Cornell University and later received his master's degree from the Institute of Human Nutrition at Columbia University.
