Being a dietitian, I believe that Mediterranean diet approach suits all men and women. Slow weight loss prevents a chance of weight regain, which is a healthy and reasonable way to keep a diet. The recipes menu does not deprive you of tasty dinners, quite the opposite it gives a chance to try varieties of pasta, fish, and elegant snacks. Diet must not be a food refusal but moderation and some limitation. The recipes in this book are also not ingenious Master Chef only affordable; they are the recipes that will cook an average man in an ordinary kitchen.
