Kate Domenick, Ed.D., has served as a principal and managing partner of the Training and Communications Group, Inc. since 1982. In that capacity she has worked with hundreds of trainers, managing projects that involve designing, producing and evaluating training programs and preparing trainers to design and deliver training. David A. Gallup, Ed.D., has served as a principal and managing partner of the Training and Communications Group, Inc. since 1982. He established and served as the first advisor to Penn State's Graduate Program in Instructional Systems Design for its Great Valley campus. He has consulted in training services to over 100 Fortune 500 firms in training and development.
