Overview

We think we know what is going on out there in the world and we think others are seeing what we see. Nothing could be further from the truth. We don't observe and experience the world, we observe and experience the world as we expect it to be. Reality is subjective and the subject of our reality is our expectations. If you want to change your world or change how you experience your world, the fastest and most effective strategy is to change your expectations. This book will help you understand the power of expectations and show you how to change this potential enemy into a valued ally. When you change your expectations you change your willingness to trust. And when you change your willingness to trust you change your ability to connect and that changes everything.
