Dual college degrees, an MBA and starting her PhD in Organizational Behavior, this educated author found a personal need for recovery from panic and anxiety. Suffering for 29 years from panic and anxiety disorder with agoraphobia, Michelle LeFort found she had lost the will to live in 2016. Everything important to her was gone due to her anxiety disorder, she was housebound, paid people to stay with her, was caught in a vortex of personal hell. Spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on therapy, doctor's visits, hospital tests, quitting jobs, losing friends, ripping her marriage to shreds, leaving her children resenting her something had to be done. Searching yet for another program, therapy was out, only one therapist would visit her in her home and that had not worked out, Michelle found the PANIC AWAY program and spent her last money on the program. Banging it out, doing every single thing it said to do with motivation and determination, she got stuck. Looking online at the website it listed, the program was defunct. Gone! No Existence! In research, she found DARE RESPONSE had taken it's place. So she bought that program and started working it. She paid the $24.95 a month to get in the workbook group, she bought what it said for supplements, and this money was spent and that money was spent and she couldn't afford the one-on-one phone calls with the admin of the group, but she could message them once in awhile and there were two phone calls a month she could ask questions and there was a facebook support group that was amazing and she started to get a little better. At one point, she was told that she could not get well with this program until she got rid of her real life stressors. That crushed her and she wondered how a program that was built for anxiety relief could not work if you were experiencing Real Stressors ? The answer was to modify the program and to research and examine the process behind what she saw people using with the DARE RESPONSE. it was not the actual program, but the understanding and the support. People that were in the free group were not doing as well, not at all. It was the personal involvement, the support was the key. So, the MASTER Plan was developed. Using key components from years worth of self-help books and programs, reading, watching, listening and observing, Michelle LeFort came up with a modernized support system that leads a reader through anxiety to the other side leaving fear behind.
