The Man Who Never Was: Partners in Crime in Search of Killers...

Overview

It was 1945 and the war was ending. People were dancing in the streets with balloons and streamers, accompanied by loud music. Ration cards were slowly being phased out and jobs were hard to find. Two gumshoe private detectives were just making ends meet with a contact from the police homicide at Russell St in Melbourne. An unusual number of people had gone missing. The results of the investigation were shocking. Who is Travis, and does he actually exist? Lies and a mole somewhere in the system sends them to the United States and England where they tangle with killers: the Ice Man in the USA and the Black Widow in Britain. A FAST ACTION CRIME NOVEL FULL OF SURPRISES TO THE VERY END

Author Information

There is definitely a place in heaven for those who encourage and help authors like me to share a story, whether true or fiction.I have never read a story that hasn't had a message somewhere in there that resembles real life issues. Think as far back as Goldilocks and the Three Bears and Old Mother Hubbard - they all had important lessons to learn if you searched between the lines. My stories will never be famous, but they will always have lessons somewhere for the reader if they look between the lines. One day I may write another book. If you have read any of my books, I thank you and hoped you enjoyed the stories.
