With a focus on ""textual archaeology,"" his work bridges the gap between complex academic findings and the general reader.By analyzing primary sources such as the Dead Sea Scrolls, the Apocrypha, and Greco-Roman accounts, Efthymiou seeks to reconstruct the socio-political networks of first-century Judea. Following his previous work in theoretical physics (Flat Spacetime Gravity), he has dedicated his recent research to the ""Third Quest"" for the historical Jesus.
