Amidst the shadows between this world and the next, demons such as the Sorrowsworn feast upon the suffering of humanity. Within the confines of the Northern Colorado Medical Center, a handful of patients have recently begun whispering about a dark, knife-wielding figure in a long-brimmed fedora who appears only at the edge of despair.
