JIM FRAISER is a federal administrative law judge and a law school and college instructor. He is a freelance journalist/photographer and has written regularly for various Mississippi publications. A professional actor and director, Fraiser is a member of the Screen Actor's Guild. Pat Caldwell, a partner in the law firm Riley, Caldwell, Cork & Alvis, P.A., has served as general counsel of BancorpSouth, Inc., BancorpSouth Bank, and its respective subsidiaries. He is a Taylor Medalist and past president of the Lee County Young Lawyers Association, and he was a Mid-South Super Lawyer for 2010 and 2011. He lives in Tupelo, Mississippi.
