Author Information

Silvia Hagen has a diverse professional background. She dances on a wide variety of stages. From the music and film industry, to future-oriented public sector projects, IT project management in large international organizations, to organizing permaculture events and coordinating home schooling initiatives. Today she works mainly in integral organizational and personal development. She offers trainings, consultation and coaching and is active at conferences and in projects in the agile and systemic field. With all her years of experience, a clear and integral view of the world, the collective and organizations has emerged over time. She sees herself as a bridge builder, immersing herself for decades in multifaceted and complex worlds, researching psychology, philosophy, religions and spiritual schools, neurology, biology, epigenetics and quantum physics. She seeks to explore different points of view and then build bridges to find an integrated, holistic point of view.
