I am a 50 yro currently living in Indiana and have lived here for most of my adult hood. Since young, I have struggled with different types of learning and mental disorders that have created a fractured and abrupt understanding about self and different types of violence we place on self. Part of what creates my desire to write, is the misunderstandings within the spiritual, mental, and average worlds that create many destructive means and ways of living in our heads. Life is exhausting in todays world and my goal is to help others with the exhaustion.
