Overview

The Ancients often aligned their sites to geographic North. Dr. Mark Carlotto has analyzed the alignment of archaeological sites and found that they are generally aligned to one of five North geographic directions, implying that the geographic North Pole of the Earth has been displaced four times during the Last Glacial Period, which is currently dated to have lasted from about 125 000 years ago to the start of the Holocene period, about 12 000 years ago. This data shows that mankind's history is much older than believed till now. This first volume of a two-volume work considers the role of Ice Ages and polar displacements in the lost history of mankind. It is concerned with the analysis of the implied polar displacements, and the definition and dating of the Ice Ages and their calibration using radiocarbon-dated quaternary extinction events, to better understand the Last Glacial Period. This analysis is required to ensure the underlying correctness of Ice Age chronology in light of the new physical evidence. The forthcoming second volume will consider the evidence to extend mankind's history into this newly uncovered lost paleohistorical period (historical period between accepted history and prehistory).
