Overview

Aldric, a dragon over nine thousand years old-or so he claims-is seen by everyone else as nothing more than a nine-year-old boy. Stripped of his true power by a curse, Aldric knows that beneath his human form lies the essence of a mighty dragon. Forced to navigate the world of humans, he must contend with their skepticism, ignorance, and infuriating attempts at hospitality. Two humans, Lisa and Anthony, believe Aldric is a troubled child and have taken it upon themselves to care for him, despite their skepticism. Accompanied by Tilly, a mischievous pixie with a knack for getting into trouble, Aldric embarks on a perilous journey to uncover the truth behind his curse. Along the way, he encounters fairies, dryads, and other magical creatures, seeking out those responsible for the atrocity committed against him. As a greater conspiracy unfolds, Aldric must not only regain his power but also prevent a larger scheme that threatens to plunge the world into all-out war.
