Donna Faye Nicely grew up in a large family in a small town near Morristown, Tennessee. She married Danny, who shares a similar background. Family camping trips and church were integral to her upbringing, and she is grateful for her faith. Donna graduated from Walters State Community College and earned a BS in Accounting from Tennessee State University.
