Author Information

Brian E. Walter is a retired Army officer from a combat arms branch with a bachelor of science degree in political Science and international relations. He has been a student of the British military during the Second World War for more than thirty years. In researching his book, he did thousands of hours of research and analysis over a twenty-five year period during which time he reviewed and took inputs from hundreds of primary and secondary sources including substantial online and in-person research at the British National Archives and Imperial War Museum. Michael Page has narrated over two hundred audiobooks and has won several Earphones Awards. As a professional actor, he has performed regularly with the Peterborough Players in New Hampshire. Currently a professor of theater at Calvin College, he lives with his wife and their two daughters in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
