Overview

This book of freestyle poetry was born from the authors frequent walks up the fire road that joins two San Diego neighborhoods together. The fire road provides a glimpse at the local wildlife, and great views of both the mountains and the valley between. Some of the poems are written while noticing the ample plant and animal life, and some are observations about life and aging that pop up during the walks.
