O. Bradley Bassler studied in the Committee on Social Thought at the University of Chicago and took a second Ph.D. in Mathematics at Wesleyan University. He is Associate Professor of Philosophy at the University of Georgia, Athens, USA and is the author of The Pace of Modernity: Reading with Blumenberg (re.press, 2012).
